With the semester coming to a close, the final exams are approaching, causing much stress for many students. There are different ways in dealing with stress and figuring out how to manage your time wisely. It is common for most students to experience more stress than usual during finals.
According to graduate assistant, Chelsea York, stress is usually just a combination of everything building up or a significant event impacting their life where it is just demanding so much from them and they feel almost helpless where they can’t control things.
A good way to control stress is to have good time management. Also if you become stress listening to music and aromatherapy can help you relax. Trying not to procrastinate will decrease your stress.
